As all Americans, Ascend Financial Group is adjusting rapidly to the lockdowns forced by Chinese Coronavirus. That mainly includes alternative ways to provide services to our clients during a time when social distancing is the new standard for communicating. Though we pride ourselves in meeting face-to-face with the majority of our clients, those times are now changing for the short term, and could possibly have long term affects.
Ascend Financial Group works with fifteen insurance and investment companies, and most offer the ability to set up programs through some type of electronic means; tele-applications, voice confirmations, and e-signatures. And of the companies that do not offer such services, they are quickly adapting to what is occurring with Coronavirus so as not lose business and find themselves behind the curve.
Starting immediately we are offering the ability to meet with clients through the following systems:

- Zoom video conference (free to use)
- FaceTime (for iPhone users)
- Telephone calls
These can take place on your smartphone, laptop, desktop, or tablet devices. The options are broad. Our ultimate goal in scheduling video calls over a telephone calls is to preserve some type of face-to-face contact that helps in building trust and long-term relationships with clients. Applications can be easily completed and signed through these systems and you don’t have to be a techy to make this work on your end. We will walk you through it all.
